Cranes Taxidermy is a two generation family owned and operated studio. Clayton Crane has been involved with taxidermy for 44 years. He worked a full time job and handled his taxidermy load at night and on the weekends for several years. In 1973 he decided to take on taxidermy as a full time profession and has never looked back. His son John joined him as a young boy, studying and learning from his dad as the years went by. In 1988 he joined his dad full time and has brought with him a new dimension of ideas that benefit the clientel in a very positive way. We currently have clients from coast to coast as well as Alaska, and Hawaii. Whether it is a traditional mount or an artistic diorama, our Clients experience wildlife art at it's best. We're there for whatever you might need. Licensed by the USDA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the State of Georgia, we can handle all of your wildlife imports as well as game from the Continental United States.
